A Paradise Preserves best-seller, my version of Lemoncello uses sweet Meyer lemon zest and juice. The touch of vodka is not as noticeable but it cuts down the acid, resulting in a dreamy lemon flavor that's perfect on scones and biscuits.

Ingredients: Zest and juice from Meyer lemons, kosher cane sugar, premium vodka, pectin & love. Boozy jams and jellies are considered non-alcoholic as the alcohol evaporates in the cooking process.
